Meet The Chef
Featuring Award Winning Chef Fatou Ouattara
Chef Fatou’s work mirrors our mission—rooted in tradition, resilience, and nourishment for all. This three-course, family-style dinner showcases bold, soulful dishes that celebrate the flavors of Côte d’Ivoire. Chef Fatou brings unapologetically traditional West African cuisine to Portland, honoring heritage with every bite.

Your Evening Experience
Start the evening with hors d’oeuvres from Chef Boss of Norah and a signature cocktail bar hosted by Nan of LibrePDX. After a three-course family-style dinner by Chef Fatou, wind down with a nightcap from Portland Coffee Roasters and sweet treats by Penny of Delicious Donuts.

Meet the Farms Behind the Feast
Our chefs have been crop-planning with local farmers to ensure every dish is rooted in community. With farm partners like Masa Fresh - Sufiya Farms - Happiness Family Farms - Portland Micro Greens - Global Harvest - and Mr. Farms these ingredients come with stories—and you’ll get to meet the growers who made this meal possible.
