Join Us For Our Gather to Grow Virtual Brunch!

We invite you to a virtual gathering to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and support our mission!

Our virtual Brunch will be on SaturdayJune 26th from  11:30 AM -1:00 PM over Zoom. To mark the occasion, we will be welcoming three amazing food system leaders who will talk to us about how to take action to join in these efforts.

We are so excited to announce that our featured guests will include Vu Le from the blog Nonprofit AF and the ground-breaking movement Community-Centric Fundraising!

We are also happy to share that once again this year, we will have Brunch Baskets for the first 50 guests who purchase a full-price ticket (see details below). This year’s basket will be a multi-course meal from local gourmet food and lifestyle company Sibeiho.

update: Brunch baskets are sold out!

You are still welcome to join us for the virtual event! A donation of any amount $5 or more will get you a link to join over Zoom as well as a recording of the event afterwards.

What will the virtual Brunch look like?

During our Gather to Grow Virtual Brunch, we want to look back at where we’ve been as an organization, celebrate where we are now, and get excited for the fantastic things to come in our future. Our featured guests, as well as Growing Gardens Board and Staff members, will share about the work that is being done by our organization as well as others across the region and country.

We want to inspire you to take action and support our tremendous food system, including but not limited to financially supporting our work and the work of the highlighted partner organizations.

How to Join

As part of our 25th Anniversary celebration, we have changed the ticketing for Brunch. This year, there are three ways you can get a ticket:

  1. Sign up through our Brunch ticketing page to become a Perennial (monthly) donor at any level starting at $5 a month. Anyone who signs up this way is eligible for a Brunch Basket!
  2. Purchase a full price $45 ticket, which is another way to get a Brunch Basket. We want to keep our event as accessible as possible, so tickets are sliding scale as in the past. Please note, however, that only full price and Perennial Donor tickets are eligible for the Brunch Basket.
  3. If finances are a barrier and you would still like to come and hear from our speakers, you are welcome to RSVP for free to attend the event.

All three options are accessible through our ticketing page. More details are listed there as well! Please note: Brunch Baskets can be picked up or delivered, but delivery is only available within city limits of Portland.
