Development Coordinator –

Growing Gardens has an opening for a full-time (1 FTE which is 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday with weekend work in the summer months) Development Coordinator will support our culture of philanthropy and fundraising efforts.
The Development Coordinator will work in a team environment with the Board/Staff Funding Committee, and Executive Director. Your role will be to implement strategies that engage, cultivate and grow the commitment and financial support of our funders and donors. Donor stewardship and cultivation are highly valued in our organization. Your role would be supporting these high priority activities.

We are looking for a self-motivated person to join our Administration/Business team to take a lead on billing for government grants and to assist with Accounting and Administration. This is a half time position (.5 FTE) – approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This is an office based job that requires the majority of work to be done on a computer. This position could grow into more hours depending on funding and workload. The Administrative Assistant will work mainly with our Business Manager who will also serve as the supervisor.
